Language trip to Ireland 2017
Conas atá tú? – We are the 4AK and on our language trip to Ireland we didn´t just improve our English skills but also learned some nuggets of Irish which has Gaelic roots.
On 10th May we went to Galway, Ireland West Coast, and right after we had arrived, our host families picked us up. In the morning we went to Bridge Mills Language School where we had English lessons with Brendan and Scott.
Even though Ireland is normally quite rainy we had beautiful weather almost all week long. At the weekend we went on two great day trips to the Cliffs of Moher and to Connemara National Park. We had some entertaining evening programme like Laser Tag or Bowling.
The last day in Ireland we spent in Dublin. There we visited a famous Pub called The Temple Bar and much more.
After such a nice trip we are quite thankful to our English teacher Mrs. Heider and our form teacher Mrs. Joschke. - Ireland is worth a trip, for sure!
